These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OlyRevive.com (the “Site”) and any information, products, features, and services available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

The Site is operated by OlyRevive Independent Distributor (“OlyRevive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). OlyRevive is an independent distributor of OlyLife products and is not OLYLIFE LIMITED or its parent, subsidiary, or corporate affiliate.

By visiting the Site, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase products through it.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state of residence to make a purchase through the Site.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of another party;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• Collect information about other users without authorization;
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy Site content without permission; or
• Use the Site in connection with fraud, spam, harassment, or other unlawful activity.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, and pricing accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting, or manufacturing updates.

Product information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated details. We may correct errors, update information, change product descriptions, modify prices, or discontinue products without prior notice.

Correcting an error after an order is submitted does not remove any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

3. WELLNESS INFORMATION

Information presented on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.

OlyLife products are not presented by OlyRevive as substitutes for professional medical care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a wellness device if you have a medical condition, use an implanted electronic device, are pregnant, take medication, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you.

Individual experiences vary. Customer testimonials and personal experiences do not guarantee that another customer will experience the same or similar results.

Any objective product or wellness claims appearing on the Site are intended to reflect information that we reasonably believe is supported and appropriate at the time of publication. We may revise or remove information as additional evidence or guidance becomes available.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Prices, promotions, product availability, shipping charges, and applicable fees may change without advance notice. A product’s price is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of material errors and applicable law.

Products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue an item, decline an order, or restrict sales when reasonably necessary for inventory, fraud prevention, legal compliance, fulfillment limitations, or similar legitimate business reasons.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted. An order is subject to payment authorization, product availability, verification, and acceptance.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order when:

• Payment cannot be authorized;
• Product or pricing information contains a material error;
• The product is unavailable;
• The shipping address is incomplete or unsupported;
• The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized;
• The quantity appears intended for unauthorized resale; or
• Processing the order would violate applicable law or company requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide an appropriate refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping, and order information. OlyRevive is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the third-party payment provider connected to our checkout system. Payment providers may apply their own privacy policies, terms, security procedures, and authorization requirements.

OlyRevive does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

7. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

OlyRevive does not directly warehouse or ship OlyLife products. After an order is accepted, we register or submit the order through OlyLife’s system. OlyLife and its designated providers are responsible for fulfillment and shipment.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery may be affected by product availability, carrier operations, weather, address issues, inspections, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When available, tracking information will be communicated to the customer. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and providing a secure location where packages can be received.

If an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Except where otherwise stated in that policy or required by law, purchases are final and are not eligible for voluntary return, cancellation, exchange, or refund.

Certain products may include a limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty availability, duration, coverage, exclusions, and remedies are governed by the written warranty applicable to the purchased product. OlyRevive may assist with communication and coordination, but final warranty decisions are made under the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, email platforms, shipping providers, social-media platforms, OlyLife systems, and external websites.

We do not control independently operated third parties and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or separate services. Your use of a third-party platform may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

A link to a third-party website does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all information, products, claims, or services appearing there.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, graphics, layout, branding, and other content created for the Site are owned by or licensed to OlyRevive and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

OlyLife names, product names, trademarks, product images, and related materials belong to their respective owners and may be used by OlyRevive in its capacity as an independent distributor.

You may view and use Site content for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, distribute, exploit, or create derivative commercial materials from the Site without written permission from the applicable rights holder.

11. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

If you contact us, you agree that we may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, assist with an order, investigate a concern, or provide customer support.

You are responsible for ensuring that your communications are accurate, lawful, and do not violate the rights of another person. Do not transmit viruses, unlawful material, confidential information belonging to another party, or content that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or intentionally misleading.

If the Site later allows public reviews or comments, additional submission terms may apply.

12. SITE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep the Site accessible and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously secure access.

We may temporarily suspend or modify part of the Site for maintenance, security, technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We may also add, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, completely secure, or free from technical errors.

Product warranties, if any, are limited to the written warranty expressly provided with or identified for the applicable product. We do not make additional warranties concerning products beyond those expressly stated in writing or required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties. Therefore, portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OlyRevive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to release OlyRevive from responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold OlyRevive harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from:

• Your unlawful misuse of the Site;
• Your material violation of these Terms;
• Your infringement of another party’s rights; or
• Fraudulent or intentionally misleading information submitted by you.

This provision does not require you to indemnify OlyRevive for its own unlawful conduct, negligence where such exclusion is prohibited, or other responsibility that cannot legally be transferred.

16. TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective while you use the Site or Services.

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or fraudulent conduct, interfered with Site security, or created a risk of harm to OlyRevive or others.

Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.

17. SEVERABILITY

If a court determines that any provision of these Terms is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

18. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if it is provided in writing by an authorized representative of OlyRevive.

19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and OlyRevive concerning your use of the Site and purchase of products through it.

These Terms replace prior communications or understandings concerning the same subject, except for written product warranties or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections that apply under the mandatory laws of the consumer’s state of residence.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, fulfillment arrangements, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes generally apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively alter completed purchases unless required by law.

Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
